As Vice President of Design and Development for Endeavor Hospitality Group, Eric is involved with oversight of the Company’s new hotel architectural and design concepts from initial development through completion. Prior to joining Endeavor Hospitality, Eric held key project management roles in the development of several hotel and residential projects for the Ian Schrager Company, including The Public Hotel, The Gramercy Park Hotel and 40 Bond Street. He also served as a senior project manager of construction for Avalon Bay Communities, where he was responsible for new residential towers in Manhattan and Brooklyn. As a registered architect and LEED AP, Eric has designed hotel, residential and academic buildings and participated in the restoration of New York City’s landmark, Grand Central Terminal. Eric graduated magna cum laude from the City College of New York with a bachelor of science degree in architecture. Eric is passionate about cooking, and enjoys boating and skiing with his family.
